A Private Transfer with A Safe Passage is a safe, fun and convenient way to reach your Costa Rica destination. It's easy. We meet you when you arrive Costa Rica's Juan Santamaria international airport and take you to the door of where you want to go. And in our understanding that you may only pass this way once, we don't rush you point to point we take it slow.

In route, we share a little about local history, culture and customs plus point out and stop at points of interest for a picture or two. Then if you want to enjoy the real taste of Costa Rica we can take to an authentic Tico restaurant where you can eat, drink and mingle with the Ticos.

On board we have a CD/Mp3 player with a DLO attachment allowing us to play your CD's or music from your iPod, you are free to dance in your seats.  And we carry a cooler with water, popular cervezas and refrescos naturales so you can ride refreshed.  With us the journey is part of your local experience.

...Shuttles

Another effortless way to start your journey is to select a HomeBase and the InterBus shuttle option. In doing so we pick you up when you arrive and bring you to a charming bed and breakfast in Alajuela where you will spend the night.  And, time permitting, we will take you on our Walk-About Tour to help get you acclimate and familiarize with the Tico way of life.  Then next morning, after you enjoy a delicious Tico breakfast, we will pick you up and take you to your shuttle where we are with you until you board. With the InterBus you ride in comfort and are taken to the front desk of your hotel.

Costa Rica is a world renowned ecotourism destination.  The country has the highest percentage of land committed to national parks and the commitment of local leaders are working to have the nation to be the first that is carbon neutral.

At A Safe Passage Go we are committed to lessening our impact on the environment. We lead the local industry by using biodiesel to reduce emitting pollutants and greenhouse gases, to be replacing our uniforms with environmentally friendly alternatives and having a tree planted for each of our journeys to help offset carbon emissions.

We believe that in the fight to combat global warming compliancy can be costly. Future generations have the right to inherit a healthy planet thereby we employ measures that help reduce our impact on the environment.
