- Bus/Pick Up and
Deliver - Our Pick Up and Deliver service is the
fastest, safest and easiest way of getting from the airport and on
your bus. In selecting this option you will be picked up
when you arrive and taken to a local bus stop where you can safely
board your bus. And if there is time we will take you
to the bank, an internet cafe, the market and/or to a restaurant before you
get on the road.
- Bus/Waiting -
The same as our Pick Up and Deliver plus a hotel room where you
can rest, shower and/or leave your bags while you explore the
surroundings. It is a great way to unwind before getting on
the bus. A delicious Tico lunch at
local restaurant is included in this option.
- Bus
via HomeBase - You are picked up at the airport,
provided with lodging for the night at a local hostel, hotel or
Bed and Breakfast then taken on a Walkabout tour. Our
Walk-About is the time we answer
questions and help get you acclimated to the
surroundings. Then the next day you are taken to the local
bus stop and get you on your bus.
- Private
Transfers
- Our Private Transfers are quick, easy, safe and
fun. We pick you up at the airport and have you on your way
to your destination in a matter of minutes, no matter what time
your arrive Where we differ from most is your driver can take you to the bank, market
or stop at a restaurant on the way or he can even pull over so
that you can snap a photo or two on the way. And to get the
most out of the journey you may want to bring
a copy of your favorite CD's so that you can 'rock while
rolling.'
- Shuttle via HomeBase
- You are picked up at the airport, provided with
lodging for the night at a local hotel or Bed and Breakfast then
time permitting you will be taken on our Walk-About tour designed to help get you
a bit acclimated
to the country. The next morning we will bring you to
the InterBus
shuttle which will take you to your Costa Rica
destination.
- Bus/Ticket Only - You
pick up your tickets in Alajuela then you go to a local bus stop
and board the
bus on your own. Alajuela is about 5 minutes from the
airport. With our purchasing your tickets in advance
your seats are reserved thus you do not need to go into
San Jose to begin your journey. This option is not
recommended for those not familiar with their bus or how to flag
it down on the highway.
